Introduction
Starting a coaching business isn’t easy. You’ve taken all of your trainings
and yet you don’t really understand how to move forward. Clarity is the
key in everything you need to do to create a profitable business.
So let’s begin with 3 simple questions:

1. How much do you want to build this business?
2. How hard are you willing to work to get what it is that you really
want?
3. What do you see as your weakest links?

Remember:
● You are the product.
● You have the ability to do great things.
● You can find success.
● You just need to design a system.

But first, let’s gain some clarity and assess your areas of greatest need.
The following pages are assessments to help you discern where you feel
your weakest links are in relation to you business. Take some time to
rate how you feel about your level of success regarding each of the
questions. After you complete these you will have better clarity about
where you’ll need to focus your attention and what kinds of trainings
you might want to invest in.
